Within 72 hours of your purchase, we will send an email confirmation to the email address you entered on the CHECKOUT screen. A registration request for you to specify your room type, dinner selections, etc. will also be included.

As the event draws near, you will receive a final e-mail detailing your hotel confirmation, an itinerary and further event details.

When checking into the hotel, you will be asked to present your credit card and Photo ID.

NO REFUNDS will be issued after 24 hours of completing your purchase.
